FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can order items by sending me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling me on 07967 821387. The prices you see on the website aren’t necessarily what you will pay for each item, as the more you order the less you pay for your overall bundle of items.
It depends on what you order. If your order is over £150 we will deliver, set up and collect from your venue if its within a 25 mile radius of our base in North Bristol. Less than £100 we can offer you “dry hire” of these items, which we will arrange a convenient time with you to pick up and drop back to us.
Once I have quoted you for your items or bundle, I will invoice you for a deposit. You can then choose to pay by PayPal or direct bank transfer. A damage retainer is always added to your invoice as all items carry a value. This will be refunded within 7 days of your event finishing and the items returned to Holly Boo undamaged and all in order.
