You can order items in several ways – by dropping us a Facebook or Instagram message, or emailing us on hollybooevents@gmail.com. Please provide us with your wedding/event date, venue, and list of items you’d like us to quote you for.

We are based in Bristol however, we do travel within the South West. We have minimum spends & travel charges for each venue, which we will advise when you contact us. 
We are happy to travel further if required, but an accommodation charge may be applied on top of the above minimum spend + travel charge.

Once we have quoted you for your items and you are ready to proceed, we will invoice you for a £20 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is then due 4-6 weeks before your wedding/event. You can then choose to pay via PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account) or direct bank transfer.
A damage retainer is always added to your invoice as all items carry a value. This will be refunded within 7 days of your event and once the items are returned to Holly Boo undamaged and all in order.

T&C’s are provided upon booking and an invoice being provided. By paying a deposit, you confirm you agree to proceed with your booking on the basis of our T&C’s.

Terms and Conditions  
Definitions by Law – By Owner, We Us and Our we mean the supplier of the goods Holly Boo Events. You or Your means the customer hiring the Goods.   Goods means all equipment hired by Us to the Customer.  
Terms & Conditions
1. All hired goods remain our property. The Customer is responsible for the hired goods during the period of hire. 2. Once a deposit is paid to secure your booking this is non-refundable for items booked on the invoice. If you have booked your wedding/event between the years 2019-2022 and paid a deposit and your event is cancelled due to wedding restrictions because of COVID-19 then we will refund your deposit in full. 3. The agreement for the hire of goods is between Holly Boo and the Customer, not the venue unless goods are being hired directly by the venue. 4. Holly Boo will charge the Customer for any costs due to terms and conditions being broken. It is then the responsibility of the Customer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue if the venue was at fault.   5. Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at full replacement value and delivery to The Owner. No substitute item will be accepted by The Owner.   6. The Owner will inform The Customer within 7 days, in writing of any damages and costs concerning any of the Hired Goods. An invoice will be sent outlining amount of damage and costs exceeding the Damage retainer.   7. Goods must be ready for collection at the agreed location at the correct date and time. A charge is made for an aborted delivery/collection by the courier and The Owner where the venue/customer is at fault. (Dry hire).   8. Goods must be packed in the boxes/bags they were delivered in (Dry hire). 9. Charges will be made for any damaged goods including goods that have been dragged on the floor, ground in earth stains, burns, holes, rips and tears, candle wax, grease or deep staining.   10. Charges will also be made for replacement boxes/bags.   11. Damaged goods remain the property of Holly Boo.   12. If goods are not returned at the end of the agreed hire period Holly Boo retain the right to charge for:   The cost of replacement goods to honour any bookings where the goods are required.  The cost of replacement goods where hired items are permanently not returned.   13. All replacement goods will be charged at the cost of goods including delivery. 14. Goods that are to be collected and returned by the Customer must be collected and returned to the agreed address on the agreed dates otherwise charges will be made as stated in point number 12.   15. Price match guarantee will only be guaranteed if the other company is offering the same quality and service as ourselves a copy of their quotation will need to be forwarded onto Holly Boo. We Hold full Public Liability Insurance and all our electrical products are P.A.T tested annually.
